Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. I came to America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be now sharing my story to you, if not because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future, I was determined to succeed and make my parents happy. I thought my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. The life I had planned for me was not what it turned into. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status did not bring me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time to earn a living even though I knew I was destined for something more. My passion for fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as a personal trainer. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own business. Being an Asian female working in the field, we are among the few. My aim in the industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets the needs of my customers. Also, I want everyone to be able to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want throughout their lives. As my career started to grow, I was struck by the biggest loss in my life, my mother's loss of life. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is now resting in Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The universe has the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to see the lesson at the moment. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to experience life. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's like I'm truly living instead of just being. My experiences are shared with me so that I may talk about my experience as well as my words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is vital and normal. The health of a person is the most important riches. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits the people in our lives.
